How To Improve Eyesight

You probably remember back when you were a child and your mom told you not to sit so close to the television. Well, guess what? She was right! Sitting too close to such a bright light source and concentrating on it does nothing but make your eyes tired and eventually can lead to vision problems. What your mom didn’t foresee was that one day we would all be sitting about a foot away from a computer screen and staring intently at the tiny screen on our smart phone. All of this staring at brightly lit LED and LCD screens has resulted in more people than ever before needed vision correction.

Why Aren’t Glasses the Answer?

Improve Eyesight NaturallyWhen you first notice yourself squinting in order to read the daily paper or to be able to see at night when you are driving, then your first thought is usually to get your eyes checked and get a pair of glasses.

While there is no doubt that glasses can help you in the short term, they are actually one of the worst things that you can ever do to your eyes.

Much like a crutch can help you walk on a broken leg, it certainly won’t help that leg heal or get stronger, and the same goes for glasses. The longer you wear glasses, the weaker your eyes will become, regardless of what kind of vision problem you have.

Therefore, in order to improve eyesight, you should look to more natural means that are designed to strengthen and heal your ailing eyes.

What Kinds of Vision Problems Can Be Helped?

If you live long enough, sooner or later you will find yourself with one of several correctable vision issues. Myopia (near-sightedness) and Hyperopia (far-sightedness) are the most common vision problems that people have, often when they are much younger. As you grow older, you may find that you have macular degeneration, presbyopia, glaucoma, or other diseases that can affect various parts of the eyes.

For the most part, exercises that help to strengthen the eyes and other methods that are designed to give your eyes a break from the constant barrage of light and focusing can help with both near-sightedness and fat-sightedness fairly quickly, and this might mean that you can throw away your glasses or your contact lenses for good!

What Kind of Results Can You Expect?

We have all had the experience of sitting in front of a computer for hours at a time or being forced to drive for a long period of time at night and actually feeling how tired our eyes are. When you start to think of your eyes just like you would any other muscles in your body, it is no wonder that they need a break.

So, most of the techniques for correcting vision will give you fairly immediate results in regards to eye strain and pain, and they will also help with long-term correction, too. You will need to dedicate some time to these techniques and refrain from wearing your glasses as much as possible, but if you can do that, you should notice that your eyes appear to be stronger over time.

Techniques for Improving Vision

How To Improve Eyesight NaturallyYour eye doctor won’t usually let you in on the secrets of improving your vision because it is their business to get you in a pair of glasses. So, when you go online, you will see that there are some tried and tested techniques that have worked for many people over the past hundred or so years:

1. Palming – This is the practice of closing your eyes, warming up your hands, and then gently resting your hands on your eyelids. You can do this for several minutes at a time, preferably in a dark room so when you open your eyes, they aren’t startled by the light. This method helps to relieve your eyes of the constant stress that they are under and will give them the rest that they have been begging for.

2. Night Shades – It is unfortunate, but many of us are sleeping with our smart phone beside us, in a bedroom full of LED lights. In order for you to get the sleep that you need and in order for you to give your eyes a real break, you should make your bedroom a “no light zone” when you are sleeping and this means covering up the little red or blue LED lights on your television, VCR, phone, and alarm clock. If you need to wear a night shade too, then this will provide your eyes with even more rest for hours on end.

3. Eye Strengthening Exercises – Your eyes have tiny little muscles in them that control their movement, yet you probably can’t remember a time in your life when you actually intentionally exercised them. One way to improve your vision and to strengthen your eye muscles is to move them side to side for a few times, then close your eyes and let them rest. You can also roll your eyes in a complete circle, then doing it again in the opposite circle. You might actually find that your eyes hurt a little the next day and that is because you have actually given them a workout that will pay off in the long run.

4. Nutrition – Again, mom was right when she said that you need to eat carrots. She may not have known it, but carrots are packed with the fat-soluble Vitamin A, which has been proven to increase eye health. When you combine that with the Lutein that you will find in tomatoes and in other fruits and vegetables, you will be giving your eyes the best chance for a long, healthy life.

5. Water Intake – One thing that many people fail to recognize is that when you are dehydrated, so are your eyes, and dehydrated eyes don’t work as well as hydrated ones. Therefore, making sure that you are always getting at least six to eight glasses of water per day will help to keep your eyes healthy. Obviously, if you are drinking alcohol, caffeine, or you are a smoker, you will need to drink even more water to make up for these activities that can dehydrate you even further.

Hardcore Vision Improvement Techniques

Want to take the improvement of your eyesight a step further?

There’s an e-book currently available called “Vision Without Glasses” that’s gaining extreme popularity. The author, an ex-optometrist, claims that it contains a secretive…

“15-minutes-a-day action plan to literally FORCE your entire visual system to work as a cohesive unit to self-correct and promote crystal clear sight and naturally regain perfect 20/20 vision in 1 – 3 months.”

And surprisingly, based on our research, the results seem legitimate.

We found the comments of one customer who said:

“”I thought I would live the rest of my life with glasses. My experience since I started your program was amazing. I went through all the program at first because it was the fastest way for me to learn what it is about. After reading everything I started the program and my eyes felt renewed in just a few days – as if they were reborn.” – Henry White – Canada

And another who said:

“Ever since I started your vision program, my vision has literally improved over night. I used to wear spectacles all the time but now I’m already getting used to live without them. It’s difficult to explain but I feel like I am 10 years younger. Thanks for the program. I am totally impressed and satisfied.” – George Fenech – London, UK

In terms of rapid improvement of eyesight, there’s really nothing like this available at the moment.

If you’re wanting to recover as much as 20/20 vision within the next few months, this hardcore approach might be the only chance.

We just came across another customer of this program who regained 20/20 vision on it within 2 months:

Just a quick thank you. I bought your program in Mid December, in hopes I could be glasses free by summer. My vision was almost 20/30 in both eyes. In a little over two months and I am 20/20, which is the average! What a product! Thank you doesn’t feel sufficient enough. Please use this testimony as my sincere gratitude.” – Tony Brawnovic, Costa Rica
